•Catie was very helpful with us buying a house from out of state, she was more than willing to not only give us virtual tours over FaceTime but also was very patient through the technical difficulties and went in thorough detail on what she was seeing as potential issues when we weren’t there in person. Not only that, but knowing we were first time buyers she consistently would give us insight for things to consider and look out for since we hadn’t gone through that process before. She would go out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and not being too aggressive with offers, and ultimately helped us navigate the market to find a home just in time for us to move. Catie was great to work with!
