We met with Jeff Murphy and told him we were looking for a cabin as a place to getaway and leave stress behind. We told him it was important that the cabin had capacity for us to host friends and family. Within a day, Jeff contacted us about a cabin that was supposed to hit the market the next day. He sent the pictures and went to check the location so he would know how to get out there and see what the road was like into the cabin area. Of course, he must’ve anticipated us wanting to see it right when it hit the market and by the time he got back from the area, we messaged saying we wanted to see it first thing upon the market! We looked, told him what we wanted to offer and he immediately made the offer so we wouldn’t miss out. Jeff made the deal happen and we closed within 15 days! He knew what inspector to call to get out to the property right away and that inspector was gracious to explain the findings and help us feel comfortable with our decision to purchase. We would recommend Jeff Murphy to anyone looking for a place in the Upper Cumberland, McMinnville, Walling areas and beyond as we have no doubt he will go out of his way to earn your business and your respect.

Jeff Murphy is awesome. He is helpful, understanding, Very knowledgeable and acommidating. I was driving all over TN just to get disappointed about the houses other realtors were showing me. They knew I was on a time limit. When I saw the house in Coalmont and got intouched with Jeff I explained the problems I had with other houses and I really didn't want to drive 3 hours for nothing. So Jeff suggested he can go to the property and do a video and email it. I saw the video and he was still there then he did a face time. So it was the first house that I was willing to go see. And I made an offer right there and then on the phone. did also make am appointment to see it and we did, and it was as everything Jeff said and what I saw in face time. The closing went very fast and smooth. He told me all about the area and things to do and the history. He also let me park my camper in his antique shop parking lot I didnot have a place to put it for 24 hours. Going forward almost a year. Even though the title company checked and said every thing was fine, I got a letter from the town saying I had back taxes, and it was from two diffrent owners. I didnot know what to do I wanted to call Jeff but my husband said let him find out what's going on. We just got more confused. So I got a hold of Jeff and told him what happened and asked him what to do. He said he would take care of it and because I had the tile insurance that Jeff recommended to me to get, they paid all the back taxes and Jeff emailed me the copies of the check. Jeff got this done ASAP for me and was very thorough. I would highly highly recommend Jeff Murphy for all your needs to have a realtor. He is smart, very iffecient, very helpful, and makes buying a house fast, easy and fun. I want to let him know he is appreciated and want to give him a big Thank you .
