•Met John in 2018 looking for a property in Jupiter Florida. We found John through a family member and friends. John knows the area very well in Jupiter Florida where we were purchasing. He’s been here for many years and knows almost every development that exist in our town. John showed us many units was very knowledgeable on different comps in the area. John was very willing to take us back to see units that we were contemplating purchasing. When we decided to sell in 2024 John marketed our unit very well advertising putting it out on MLS. Gave us thoughts on a good price to be asking for our unit. We were very fortunate. Our house was only on the market for two days and we got an offer. We close the deal in 4 weeks . I have given friends and family John‘s contact information for their future purchases. My daughter and future son-in-law just had John for their real estate agent and they are in the process of closing on their new home. Having John as our agent was extremely an easy process, he pulled up many units for us to go look at when we flew down from New York to Florida on our first search in 2018. Took his time showing us around. I never felt like I was being a problem even when I wanted to go back and see a unit a few times. I would highly recommend John for any future purchases whether it be me my friends or family.
