Professional and Just the Best!
Sharon is very professional. She listens to your needs and does everything possible to find a home that meets your needs. She is honest and will let you know when you may be looking from your heart and not considering factors like location, HOA fees, taxes, poor quality construction, etc. I have now purchased two homes and sold one with Sharon’s expertises. From start to finish the transaction went as smooth as I could have wanted. Brenda knew the home I wanted and once we had viewed it, we both knew it was the perfect fit. My contract was submitted and accepted within 24 hours after our viewing. From then on it was smooth sailing to the closing table. Brenda is highly knowledgeable and a skillful negotiator. Very friendly and helpful
Sharon advertised our property in professional manner in various mediums. Even though the market was weak for sellers, she kept with us and checked back with anyone who expressed interest. Sharon kept her enthusiasm throughout the process. The house finally sold for much less than we started out asking but there was no problem once a buyer was found. She is very concerned for her sellers and it would be a privilege to do business with Sharon again.
