From start to finish we had a wonderful, worry-free experience. Kelly and Glen did all the work and kept us updated each week or earlier if needed. They worked hand in hand with the Realtor for our new home and had our current home close just 2 days before our new home. We have known Kelly and Glen for over 10 years when we had purchased our original home. It was that fantabulous heart warming experience reignited after 10 years with purchase of a second home. Everything starting from pre approval of loan, making an offer, getting the offer accepted, opening escrow, various inspections, closing escrow and till getting the keys was orchestrated professionally and at same time with utmost care. Kelly and Glen had extended a pool of resourceful vendors and subvendors, (of course without bias), who would take care of our urgent needs to get the house ready for move in.
