Aileen was very patient and helpful in making sure we understood each step of the purchasing process. She even went to bat for us with the seller to have the old AC unit replaced and a credit toward a new garbage disposal, both of which were in bad shape. Enjoyed our experience with Aileen. Would definitely use her again if the opportunity arises. Sold our house in less than one day and it was not a sellers market. She was efficient, expedient, experienced, pleasant, helpful, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more. All of this happened in the aftermath of the 2008 real estate fiasco. She was willing to take a cut in the preferred percentage rate that agents requested for the sale of a house. All of this proved that she was flexible in working with customers at that point in time. I feel she is still the same since she has integrity in her job performance.
