About Aileen

AILEEN FRAUMAN Raised in a “real estate family” in Orlando, Florida. Aileen Frauman earned a degree in Respiratory Therapy from the University of Central Florida. She worked as a Respiratory Therapist in a neonatal ICU for 12 years. In 2003, she felt led by God to join her father in the real estate business he began in 1979 and grew into a successful company. Aileen was named Rookie of the Year during her first year as a Realtor and recognized as the top selling agent in her company. Aileen’s goal is to provide 100% client satisfaction through innovative market research and advanced technology. Her marketing expertise provides confidence to buyers in finding the home of their dreams and ensures the highest and best value to seller when selling their home. Aileen’s focus is in residential homes, vacation homes, investment homes and probate real estate. She is respected for her honest nature, integrity and determination. She is bilingual, and her main objective is to honor God with impeccable customer service. Aileen is very involved in her church, FBC/Orlando. She mentors, has been on several mission trips, volunteered in student and college ministry, and currently serves on the Budget Committee. She was very personable and excelled in her knowledge of the ins and outs of communicating with me.

Very professional in her presentation of her knowledge of the property location and those areas that are pertinent to the buyer such as schools,stores, hospitals and other places they may ask about. Knowing any perks the seller may be adding no extra charge taxes. financial numbers. Here over all skills top notch
