•The process of selling a home, finding a new place, and moving are extremely stressful. There’s a reason it’s listed in the top 5 stressors in life. Deanna was referred to me by one of my best friends who bought her new house with Deanna’s help. I consider myself blessed that I was able to connect with Deanna through my best friend; because, Deanna made the process go smoother. I didn’t know what to expect with selling my house; therefore, I was pleasantly surprised that Deanna stepped in and handled everything. She spoke to me in detail about the process, the paperwork, the market, the listings, etc. In addition, she kept me updated weekly, and when we had to consider reducing the price. I stressed over so many things like showings, keeping the house spotless, packing, moving, and etc. However, I didn’t stress about the sale of the house; because, Deanna was on top of everything. She literally alleviated my stress. I was free to stress over other things, lol. Thank you again for everything you and Hanna Godbold did to help me sell my house. Hanna was an outstanding assistant, she has a bright future ahead of her.
