I had some trouble in the very beginning of my property process, after a quick switch of realtors I got introduced to Clay. Clay stepped into the issue that I was having with the foresight that I haven’t seen in a realtor. He visited the property and he helped me highlight parts of my property that would set my property out from other properties in the area. He quickly came up with a plan, we executed the plan, and he was very willing to work with me. Shortly thereafter, my property started receiving the attention that I wanted. In a short time after Clay and his team closed the sale on my house!! I couldn’t ask for a better realtor and a better team with people that were like-minded and had the same goals that I had in mind. Clay and his team stepped in and they made the entire process seamless! I very much appreciate Caldwell banker and I want to personally thank Clay for his expertise to be able to formulate a plan step in and execute that plan within a timely fashion and exceed all of my expectations.
