My team and I had the opportunity of working with Paisley and the Mark Nanny Team. She was the representing agent for the sellers, and my team was assisting the buyers with financing. Any time my team was in need of assistance from the sellers side we were easily connected (SHE PICKS UP THE PHONE!) and the information requested was quickly given to us. Due to their efficiency it helped my team get a very early Cleared To Close and set us up to walk gracefully into our closing with no delays whatsoever. Sellers and Buyers, if Paisley and the Mark Nanny Team gave my team a 5 star level of service as a partner I can only imagine the experience their clients must have. Great work Paisley and company, and thank you for setting the bar high!

This is the second house Michael has sold me. He has been amazingly patient and helpful through the stressful process of selling and buying at the same time. I couldn't be more grateful to have him as realtor. He helped me find a great home on a nice plot. I was able to achieve one of my life goals because of him! I would and have recommended Michael to family and friends needing a realtor. Thank you Michael for all your hard work and patience.

Michael was great to work with. We were first time buyers and he was there with us from start to finish. He helped a lot with all the things needed throughout the process. He worked with our busy schedule and always had time for us whenever we had a question. He has a strong understanding of the housing market and made sure he explained everything throughly. We highly recommend him and would definitely call him again to be our agent to buy/sell another home

Michael was a fantastic realtor! He was very personable, respectful, patient, and most of all understanding. It was a long process for us to find the house we wanted and could afford. We lost out on some bids, looked at some houses that weren’t as pictures had shown, and even debated not selling ours….but Michael showed patience and grace towards us and eventually we were able to find the perfect one! He was very supportive and helped us find answers to many of our questions. I would 100% call him again if we decide to buy another home.

Rose is amazing! We had to quickly find a home in Lubbock while living hours away. Because of the tough market, we pretty much had no choice but to put in offers without looking at the homes in person. There’s no way we would have done that without Rose. With zoom and her selfie stick, Rose patiently & meticulously showed us EVERY house that we thought might be a good fit. She is so knowledgeable of homes that we felt like we had enough information to make offers. It took several attempts, but we finally found the perfect house! Rose never gave up on us and always stayed upbeat. Her positive energy and attention to detail made the whole daunting process so much more enjoyable and much less stressful. She was there for us every step of the way and never hesitated to answer our many questions. We are convinced that Rose is the best realtor in Lubbock and she is also just an awesome person!

Eli is fantastic! From start to finish he was very professional, organized, and always willing to help! We had very odd schedules during our home search to which he was always willing to work with and consistently came through with great options and a positive attitude through it all! In the craze of the market he was very reassuring even when we felt defeated and continued to be uplifting and driven to succeed! Highly, highly recommended!

Michael Jackson is by far the most professional realtor we have ever had the privilege of meeting. We were so blessed when he was able to help us buy our home in Lubbock, TX - Lakeridge in 2018, and due to changes in our personal goals, he once again assisted us in selling our beautiful 5,022 sq. ft. home in record time. Our family considers him an extension of our family for his unwavering support and expertise.
