•Ryan did more than a fabulous job. He educated us on next steps and possibilities. He advocated for us in negotiations. He let contractors in and even helped us find contractors to meet the needs of the type of loan our buyers were getting. Ryan was readily available to be reached for questions and kept us informed when he was waiting for answers. When it came to helping us buy our house, Ryan was attentive and once again advocated for us, educated us, and was present for the various inspections and appraisal. Ryan has a great team to support him and guide him as he too was learning. We don’t regret a moment of having Ryan represent us in selling and buying.
