We are very thankful and relieved that, thru Sharon's outstanding efforts, the condo sold so quickly. She took the extra steps needed for maximum exposure thru social media to draw interest outside of the area and it really paid off. While I was out of the country, Sharon kept me informed and gave me excellent advice in negotiating interested parties which led to a quick sale.
