•I have known Juliane on about 14 years. Over the past 5 years I have been looking for land. She was always kind, generous with her time, helpful with her knowledge and had great humor to offer. Buying a home can be very stressful, you should have someone that knows their business and has the patience’s to help, Juliane is that realtor. After countless attempts and over 4 years of looking to find the one we wanted. She was able to help us start with one that we loved. As we started to move forward, she helped negotiate the contract and durning the process , there was a few hurdles, she was always there to tell me the truth about how to move forward (not just to get the sale). She always called back in a timely manner, she was on top of everything that pertain to our closing. She came to closing, held our hand, made sure we were comfortable. My wife and I felt like we were the only customer she had at that time (although she was very busy) I felt like her best client as I bet all her clients feel like they are number one. As a retail business owner, customer service is a top priority. She is truly the best. We could not ask for a better experience, a better person to help us in this process of purchasing a home. Thank you Juliane for your kindness and the way you care. Buster and Cindy Brown
