•Jennifer went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend her servicrs. She made the process very at ease and enjoyable for me as a first time home buyer. She listens, which is key, and gentley stears you in the right direction. Even figuring out what you want/looking for without you coming out directly to say it. Her expertise and timely response makes her invaluable. I was crazy hours and she was available at all times of day either via text, email or phone call despite handling myltiple clients at hand, I never felt like one of many. Mostly it is the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she brings that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. Everyone she brought into the process --inspectors, structural engineer, title company-- were wonderful and just as knowledgeable. Had issues with the bank with closing being pushed back multiple times, due to a mess with paperwork. She went to bat for me, on the phone with bank managers and fight for me to close sooner and kero the settle happy. After the home was bought, Jennifer still follows up to make sure everything is going well and has another bank of resourses for you to help settle into the home. Will absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone and everyone.
