This is my third home I've purchased and I can honestly say this was the best experience. Wendell kept us organized and has a wealth of knowledge with real estate. Forget your measuring tape? Wendell has the average measurements in his head. He was great at learning our tastes and preferences and giving insights to ways to fix up things in a house. He helped us with negotiations with great suggestions. His referrals for services such as lists for inspectors, loan originators and title people were great. My only regret is that we found our house so quickly! We enjoyed Wendell's personality so much.
