•This was not the first time my wife and I had bought a house but Oh!!! What a difference!!! Our first house was a house of necessity. This house was going to be the house of our dreams. The Realtor we had for that first house was pushy and brusque. We almost felt we had to buy the house we chose. Carrie was a breath of fresh air. She walked us through the whole process, very patient and knowledgeable. She knew us and what we wanted. We felt pushed by our first Realtor and Carrie would see it in our faces or would just know it wasn't the right house for us and would say it's not the right house for us. Often times, she would point out issues with the houses we looked at that we wouldn't have thought about. WE learned a lot about what to look for from her. We can't thank her enough for the house we bought. It IS our dream house and we will have MANY happy years in it!
