•Working with Jessica could not have been any more ideal. Not only is she extremely nice and charismatic as a person, but is very knowledgeable of the house market and understands the Buyers' needs. She was extremely helpful from beginning to end. She understood what we were looking for in a home and meticulously searched for homes that met our criteria. She made herself accessible to viewings at our convenience, and was thorough with explaining property information and taxes. Whenever we had a question or expressed concern she would follow up immediately. After a handful of viewings we found our dream home and Jessica walked us through the entire closing. Even when we encountered what we thought would be a deal breaker with the offer, she worked with us until we were able to find a solution that satisfied both parties. Now we are enjoying our new home. We highly recommend Jessica to anyone that is looking for a realtor with expertise, great client communication, and negotiation skills. We will definitely be using Jessica again for our future search.
