•I found Elsa on social media, she shared the places on sale with her detail feedback about the advantages and disadvantages of the place. When I talked to her for the first time, she was very nice and patient although I hadn't decided to buy a house at that point. I told her what I needed for my dream house and she really filtered out the good ones for me and just brought me to visit in a short time. She is very professional and detailed for every house we visited, she would have a nice talk with the seller agents and try to get some info that is not written in the basic info (such as the electricity/gas bill every month to judge the energy use in the house). For the house that I am interested in, she will provide me her feedback instead of telling me to buy it directly and let me know what the unperfect things about the house to help me judge. Even after the purchase, she is still very helpful when I need help! I am so glad I met her and asked her to be my buyer agent!
