•I want to take a moment to share our real estate experience working with Peter Ripa. We lost our home to Hurricane Helene in 2024. We had hoped to be able to rebuild our 1924 beautiful home but had to face the fact that there was just too much for us to take on with a 100 year old home. The thought of having to choose another house to live in was daunting. We rented and looked for over a year. Peter was understanding from the get go. He was so supportive, never pushy and always went the extra mile to help us with our search. He entertained us by looking at all kinds of homes and in different cities. We credit Peter with showing us a home that we may not have originally looked at. The home turned out to be impeccably move-in ready. The information he provided showed us how much he researched the area and answered questions we didn't even know we had. We haven't bought a house in over 20 years and dreaded the process. I still can't believe the level of communication Peter provided through texts and emails and how easy it is to use a Docusign program to complete paperwork online. We closed on our home Jan. 2, and couldn't be more grateful for everything Peter did to guide us through the process. His experience, professionalism and deep knowledge of Heritage Springs made every step feel clear and stress-free. Most importantly, we trusted him completely- his honesty, communication and community-first approach set him apart. If you're buying, selling, or doing both, Peter is the person you want in your corner. His expertise and genuine care made all the difference.
I have known Peter Ripa for many years but when it came time to buy a house, I was hesitant to go through him because I never really like to mix business dealings with friends because of the potential of something going wrong and I would hate spoil our friendship over something that goes south. Anyway, I know Peter well, and I know his commitment, (be it family or work), with everything he is involved with. He is quite possibly the most driven person I know so it made it easy to choose him as my agent. I simply trusted him and as expected, Peter did not disappoint. He informed me with every issue along the way and helped me understand in laymen terms anything that was difficult for me to process. Peter was very patient and never pressured me. He guided me through the process from beginning to end with my best interest in mind. If you are looking to sell or buy and want A+ customer service from beginning to end, I would recommend Peter Ripa. He is absolutely top notch.
Peter is a true professional! So competent, communicative, and innovative in his approach drawing upon his many years in marketing! We’re so grateful for his efforts! Thanks Peter! It was such a pleasure getting to know/work with you!
