•Janice Schafer was tremendous to work with as we tried to narrow down which home we purchased. She was very knowledgeable about the area and able to direct us to the places where we could eventually grow our family. We were from out of the state and having someone who knew the area and was able to direct us where to look meant quite a bit. The home inspector she suggested was top of the line and Janice was able to help with being around for them to get in, while we were out of town. Closing went great and Janice even helped us out with the move in! Janice has followed up several times since we moved in, to make sure we are still satisfied. That was quite remarkable! I suggest anyone that is looking for a home in the Columbus area to use Janice in a heartbeat. She won't let you down!!
