•We were fortunate to have met Elle at an open house about 5 years before we purchased our beach home, at the very beginning of our search. Through the trials of Covid, inflation, and the rapidly changing real estate landscape during this time, we were unsure if our dream would ever become reality! As financial situations shifted, so did our goals, and the features of what we were looking for in a property. We were also working on a purchase remotely. Elle went above and beyond getting us extra information, answers to our many questions, and even personal video walk-throughs so that we could feel confident in our decisions from several states away. She was endearingly patient with us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend Elle over and over again to anyone searching for Tampa Bay area beach property!
