•To The Future Clients Of Mrs. Rivera(Tanya). I am not great with words, therefore my review does not give Tanya justice in describing how extensive she understand her line of works! During the process of buying our home, not once was I worried, I have complete trust in her abilities to handle any problems or issues that might comes ours way. Which it did, extensive one at that. However, Tanya negotiate for us and went beyond just an agent and buyer relations. She understand our finances constraints and she graciously relieved my husband and I the burden of closing costs. If you are considering buying a house or sale a home, I highly recommend Tanya Rivera as your agent! The Lord sent her to my husband and I, and we were/are so blessed by her!
Tanya helped us through the purchase of our first home with grace and poise, she was very knowledgeable and attentive with answers to all of our questions and concerns. She took what could have been a disaster and made it stress free and effortless, I can not express enough how truly wonderful Tanya Rivera is to work with I highly recommend her services!
