•I am a first time home buyer so this whole process was very new to me. I wanted an agent that I could trust whole heartedly and Megan was that individual for me. She took me through everything step by step and answered every question I could possibly have. I feel like I wanted to and did see a million houses but she assured me that it was okay to see as many or little properties as I had wanted. While I did live in the area I was looking to buy in, Megan knew a great deal about the houses she was showing me and always came prepared! Her knowledge on what could be done with a house to make it your own was very helpful as well. Also, because I was so new to this experience, she recommended a few contacts for a mortgage broker, inspector and lawyers. All of which were outstanding people to work with and I would highly recommend them myself. They were all very thorough and helpful with anything I might need. When we started this process together she assured me that she would be with me until the final sale and she held true to her word. That is what makes a great agent, someone who is ever present and willing to do what it takes for their client.
