Michael definitely knows what he is doing. This is my first ever home and I came in with not much in my pockets and not knowing what exact property I wanted. He walked me through the steps and informed me of all things good and bad. He does not sugar coat the truth. He makes sure you don’t sign up for a failure in the future. Won’t waste your time with properties that aren’t in good standing for your goals and wants. Definitely felt safe and secure in my home buying process with Michael on my team. Will definitely come back in the future when I hunt for more properties

Mike has supported us through multiple real estate transactions, including the recent sale of our first home, which he originally helped us purchase. He also assisted us in buying our second and current home. He even helped my mom buy her condo! Throughout every step, Mike has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication. The sale process was seamless—we truly did not have to lift a finger. We are deeply grateful for his guidance and highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Michael had a tremendous feel for the market for our property. He knew what we should do to pique curiosity of potential buyers, and exactly what things to leave for them as the new owners. His market reach to other real estate professionals appears to be substantial and respected. We would not hesitate to rely on Michael in future real estate matters. He did an outstanding job for us.
