As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

Kerstin is a superb realtor! Upon my request she scheduled many appointments to look at condos, and provided her professional insight at each appointment. She patiently answered all my many questions, and I never felt pressured or felt she became frustrated when I determined not to place an offer on a condo. During the time frame in looking for a condo I placed 4 offers which the first 3 were not accepted. During each offer Kerstin kept me apprised of the status of the offer, and maintained frequent contact with the seller's agent as to the status of my offer. nFor the condo I did purchase there was condo closing drama four days prior to closing due to an oversight on the seller's side. This considerably put in jeopardy my closing on the condo. Kerstin and the finance person worked closely to get the details of the oversight and what was needed to remedy the situation. Again Kerstin was in frequent communication with me as to the status as to affecting the closing on the condo, and was able to remedy the oversight resulting is still being able to close.
