Lin was amazing. Always developing different marketing approaches to highlight the property versus the standard broker approach of simply dropping the price. Lin applied unique thinking to the execution of applying a variety of sales approaches until one worked. Her energy and imagination and client attention are remarkable not to speak of her negotiation prowess. We should know as we have bought and sold 17 houses over the years and have thus had exposure to a variety of realtors. She’s the best. Trying to buy a house from far away is difficult. Lin’s exceptional knowledge of the Greenwich real estate market, the various neighborhoods, the schools and public amenities, etc was invaluable to me during my search. She saved me days of wasted time by seeing dozens of houses without me and eliminating from my list those that weren’t worth my limited time. I felt that she really understood me and the needs of my family so I could trust her judgement to only show me the houses that were the best fit for us. When I did identify the house I wanted to buy, Lin made herself available to work with the inspector and my builder when I couldn’t be there myself. And she knew exactly who I should talk to for every need from roofers to chimney sweeps to painters and landscapers and everyone in between. She’s a true gem and you won’t find a better, more caring agent to help with your real estate needs.
