Steve listed our house at a realistic price, based on his extensive market knowledge. The staging and photos were done very professionally. We were under contract in less than 30 days with a qualified buyer. When Steve got sick between the contract date and closing, Wendy stepped in and worked with me daily to hammer out the many loose ends under the contract. As Barb and I have been away throughout this period, Wendy met with all the required contractors and vendors to oversee completion of the work required by the contract as well as communicating effectively with us and the title/closing firm. We have been very pleased with her communication and follow thru on our behalf.

Alison is a person that cares, and goes way past the "extra mile" for her clients

I have worked with Alison to both purchase and sell home properties in Sarasota. She is a complete professional whom is extremely informed and knowledgeable of all market factors, very responsive, always "there" to answer questions and provide guidance, is excellent at seeing and addressing all the details and next steps in the sale or purchase of a home, and is a very strong negotiator of contract details. I've always felt that Alison has "been in my court" to advantage my position as both a buyer and a seller, and I would highly recommend her as an agent that every client would be very glad they partnered with Alison. Whether it be an early morning or late evening question, Alison has always been available and prepared to answer and address any questions or concerns. I am so very thankful that I have her not only as my agent, but also as a dear friend who is a true professional, but also as a person that cares for, and goes way past the "extra mile" to ensure successful transactions for her clients. Alison is absolutely the very best agent I've ever worked with, and I'm so thankful and fortunate for the very positive experiences I've had working with Alison.

She is a wealth of information and most importantly, she is honest

My husband’s job brought us to Florida. Having lived in Iowa our whole lives, it was a completely new adventure for us and completely daunting. We knew no one and nothing about the area. Alison took us under her wing, answered all of our questions, really listened to our needs/wants, and drove us all over various towns. Having lived here for years, she is a wealth of information, most importantly, honest and if she didn’t know an answer, responded quickly with an answer! She is so dang efficient and forthcoming with information. I absolutely love her! Alison is involved in her community and is always giving back, just another reason to love her! I can’t recommend her enough for all of your realtor needs!

Alison was great to work with. Professional, thorough with marketing skills above average and well versed in all the necessary steps involved. Did we encounter any issues in the process? Yes, as you can imagine when selling a house, however, she was quick to discuss any issues and develop next steps in selling the property. She was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling their house.
