We could not say enough about how helpful, professional and conscientious Patty and David are. We started out with a different realtor which turned out to be disastrous. They dramatically overpriced our home which caused us to sit on the MLS for almost 60 days. This caused prospective buyers to think that there was something wrong with our home. We only received one offer, which the realtor at that time suggested we reject. We ended our relationship with that realtor and consulted with Patty. We shared with her our frustrations and concerns about how we were positioned in the market and we were convinced that we would have to pull the house from the MLS and sit on it for a while to try and start fresh down the road. She and her husband David both did their own assessments of what they felt the value of our home was to make sure we had a comprehensive overview of its value and why they felt that way. Patty stated she and David each did their own independent assessment to make sure we were getting an objective value of our home. This helped us feel that they were being honest and realistic about what we could get for our home. With in two weeks from the time we terminated the relationship with our previous realtor, they developed a marketing plan, restaged our home, had an open house, and secured an offer. We closed three weeks later for $10k more than they projected. Patty and David were very conscientious about our needs, our frustrations, and the dilemma we were in. They were empathetic but realistic about what we needed to do and expressed a great deal of confidence in the plan they developed.
