David is the best in the business. Being a new widow and having to navigate through Escrow, I was cautious and concerned. He immediately put me at ease, answered my numerous questions with clear, detailed information coupled with patience and some humor. Throughout the process, he dotted his, "i's" and crossed his, "t's". He is meticulous and all documents were finished correctly and on time.
