I would definitely use Holly Campbell again if I needed and agent again. She helped us get work done on our house before putting it on the market since we moved out of state. Advised us to get an inspection ourselves so we would know what to expect and to repair before a buyer looked at the house. Once the house was on the market her suggested price was pretty close to what we got. And it was sold in one week. It did take a little while to put on the market but that is because we wanted to get the suggested things repaired before hand. I feel if we hadn't followed her advise we might not have had a deal so fast and it might have fallen through because we wouldn't have known what we needed to get fixed ahead of time.
