Alberto is a patient and understanding realtor. Having worked with me a few years ago when I thought I was ready to buy, he understood when I needed to stop the process and take a step back. Years down the road as I took some homebuying courses and got my finances back in order, he was there to pick back up with the house hunting. The process was made easy because he handled the back and forth, the miscommunications from the seller, and anything negative. He was a huge advocate for me and took time out of his busy days to make sure I was getting where I needed to be. I was able to sign, get my keys, and move in same day. Tamera went over and beyond to find our home. She was very informative, and she treated us like we were her only clients. When we couldn’t get her on a call, she would text to let us know she would call us back. It was more of a personal thing than a business. Tamera were very patience especially with the amount of times she took us out house hunting. Even though we found our home, she still keeps in contact, to see how we’re doing. And because of that she’s now family. ❤️
