Lisa was extremely helpful in educating us on our target home buying location (especially since we were new to the area) and selecting potential homes that matched our wishlist. Lisa met with us on short notice (the day we contacted her) and came well prepared with listing information and comparison sales. The listing occurred quickly and was done well. Within just a day, we had several offers. I could not recommend Lisa more highly. Her communication was always clear and prompt. She was efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale, from listing to closing. We felt the suggestions she provided were always with our best interest in mind. She is extremely capable when it comes to the major issues but she is also quite willing to step up and help out with little items. Lisa Stine was highly recommended to us by a good friend, and after the successful purchase of our new home in Goodyear, we now know why. Living in Washington we were familiar with some of the greater Phoenix area, however we were open to discovering areas less familiar to us, in the hopes that we would eventually find our perfect home. We initially started the process by communicating with Lisa on the phone and in e-mails, and after our first conversation we knew we would be very comfortable working with her, and in very good hands. We found Lisa to be extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market and its trends, very responsive promptly answering texts and calls, easy to work with, and thankfully very patient too. An initial trip to Phoenix helped us narrow down our preferred areas to continue our search, and one more trip solidified our eventual purchase. As with most home purchases there were many issues & details that needed to be worked, and Lisa was always on top of them, providing us with timely status updates and recommendations. Peggy assisted my husband and me to find a home for our daughter who lives out of state. Our daughter was a first-time home buyer with a maximum budget of $165,000 for a home that met our criteria for location, low maintenance exterior, decent windows, a garage, two bedrooms, and an opportunity to make improvements within her budget if needed to the bathroom and kitchen. We also wanted an unfinished basement and/or upstairs for future expansion. Needless to say the homes that met this were sold within days or weeks of coming on the market. When we found potential homes, Peg was very responsive and quick to set up showings and to notify the seller's realtor immediately if we were considering an offer. My daughter closed on her house in mid January. Peg knew she would not be able to qualify for the reduced homestead tax rate for 2016 so she negotiated to have the seller pay the difference between the homestead and non-homestead tax rate for the entire year of 2016. Peg was always available to answer questions and give advice throughout the entire process and we really appreciated her professionalism and expertise.

To Whom it may Concern: Peggy Nelson was our realtor for the sale of our townhome, 5/10/2016. I had known Peggey from a previous sale, and knew she would help us with this one. I called her and arranged a meeting at our townhome, and she made suggestions as how to prepare the house, and possible asking prices. Within 2 weeks we were ready to show. The first day we had 5 showings, the second 8 showings, and 5 offers, all over asking price. I signed the necessary papers the following day, and closed 2 weeks later without a hitch. During this entire process Peggy answered all my calls, texts, and emails promptly, and told me what needed to be done, to make this sale happen. She was always courteous, fun, knowledgeable, and professional. Her personal touch put us at ease during a time when the sale of a home can be trying. Kudos to Peggy Sue Nelson!
