Ann Marie is the best example of real estate agent, her knowledge and advices make the buying journey very smooth. Ann Marie had the patience with us to look from house to house some time even 2-3 houses per day, Ann Marie never try to push us for a decision or a house to finish work as some other agents do, but she was very responsible on each house visit to look very carefully for details and give advice to help us take decision. Not just the house visit but her contact network was very helpful to get details on some topics and as well propose contacts to manage some tasks. Journey was Ann Marie was awesome and honestly without her support either we could not find house till now or we stuck in a house which was not fitting us. As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about the process of purchasing a house in this competitive market. But Shari broke everything done to the basics like how to tell if a house is well maintained to helping us run comps on the houses we desired and explaining the reasoning behind it.
