Cynthia is one of those rare human beings who is highly responsive and efficient, while sincerely friendly - which is paramount for a realtor. I couldn't live in the area that was my first choice, so I needed guidance, as a newcomer to Connecticut, on what my options were. I gave her a list of my top criteria that needed to be met, and she began presenting ideas to me - a few at a time - trying to find me the type of home - and community - I was looking for. She's quick to respond to questions via text or email, gives you her full attention whenever she's home-hunting with you, and really seems to care about finding you not just a house or condo - but a "home." I was also very impressed by her knowledge of local service providers and her knack for thinking about the need for something before I even did. And at the closing thoughtful gestures and a housewarming bottle of wine just made me realize how terrific she was, considering that, at that point, she no longer needed to seal any deals, but she was still thinking of me and my excitement over buying my new place. She's even asked me to stay in touch and has offered to provide me with referrals, area tips and treasures - and even the best back roads to take to work if I need them.
