Tracy is very familar with the market and the market variations and fluctuations. The experience was enjoyable as Tracy took the time to really know the customer and is very perceptive. She was in constant contact during all phases of close to 20 offers. Tracy was always available including evening and weekends. She excels at navigating challenges with out of state buyers.
