Justine was a pleasure to work with in search of my first home. She is very articulate, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Her efforts and availability to me was appreciated and demonstrates how she goes above and beyond. Also, her guidance was most helpful in allowing me to determine what I truly wanted in a home. She was also great at helping me set my expectations and deal with my disappointments when houses flew of the market faster than I was able to see them. In addition, she was always available whenever I needed to talk and very flexible at meeting me short notice when a property I was interested in came onto the market. She was extremely patient with me and I knew that she really cared about me getting the right home rather than making her sale. Justine has been exceptionally professional in every direction and throughout the entire process that I felt like I was hanging out with a good friend whenever I had meetings with her. When it came time to put an offer in she was able to expertly negotiate both on price and repairs to the home.
