Not only is Christine a professional realtor, she is kind, friendly, has a lovely way of meeting and talking to people and is calm. That calmness made me know that all would be well. At the last minute my condo’s smoke detectors needed to be replaced. She took charge, had to buy 3 different detectors until she got the right ones, hired someone to install them at her own expense so the cash deal could move forward to closing.
