Maria is simply exceptional.

To start, Maria has a great book that helped walk us through the entire process as first time home buyers. The book is amazing resource and can be used throughout the entire process. Maria is an experienced agent that goes above and beyond for her clients. For example, I asked to view a property and within 15 minutes she booked us an appointment and we viewed the property within 2 hours. That’s the kind of agent you need in today’s crazy market. During the viewing process, Maria would basically gave us a mini home inspection. She would check the foundation for visible cracks, talk to us about the HVAC system, and also already have comps for the area. Once we found the perfect home, she had contract strategies that protected us as first time home buyers and made us stand out against multiple bids. We seriously would not be in our new home if it wasn’t for Maria. She’s a great person to work with and has great professionalism.
