I have never worked with a better broker
I have never worked with a better broker. I wouldn't use anyone else. I have used Laura Levy and her group in three transactions - selling my home in Pinewood Springs, buying my current home in Lyons, and most recently selling my mother’s gorgeous home in old Boulder. I got top price in each sale and a relative bargain on my purchase and I couldn’t be happier. She has a tremendous knowledge of each market, is a marketing and staging guru, and invests in your sale (only using the best photographers and staging companies at her expense). Laura is extremely professional and gives great advice throughout the process. She and her associates also know the right professionals to call upon to make any necessary repairs and improvements in order to show a property at its best and make the closing as painless as possible. I have literally bought and sold a dozen properties across the country in my life and have never worked with a better broker. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
