Nick was our son’s realtor and came highly recommended. On a whim, we went to an open house to get spruce-up ideas for our current house, and fell in love. We weren’t even prequalified, but IN 5 HOURS, ON A BANK HOLIDAY, Nick took us back to the house, got us hooked up with a mortgage broker, got us financing, put together an offer, and got it accepted.
