Morgan has been an exceptional broker that has helped us sell our very unique property on a steep hill. It's 1.3 acres, the driveway can be scary, it's more than 2800 ft and although it has many updates like a new kitchen and new appliances, bathrooms have also been updated, new carpets, new hardwood floors, 60% of the windows still need to be replaced and our house does not have central air conditioning. So there are those challenges unique to the property that a lot of regular buyers would be particularly be concerned or immediately turned off.  Morgan made us feel confident that he could sell our home this summer. We have tried selling our home 3 years ago as well and to no avail it didn't sell. It was marketed incorrectly using very old school ways such as newspaper ads and only targeting local buyers instead of reaching out beyond our small town and into the city where potential younger buyers could be coming from. This is exactly why we hired Morgan is because of his reach.  We wanted someone who can find the right buyers beyond our small town who would appreciate our home and buy it.  His connections in Boston and beyond have enabled him to bring the right buyers to our property that would also love it as much as we did. We have lived in this property for more than 24 years and without a doubt we are happy that the buyers he also brought over to our house also showed the exact same interest and excitement when they saw our house and property. No other broker has been able to bring a buyer that would be a good fit.  Morgan was tenacious, dedicated and always available to us with any questions and concerns that we may have at any given day ...even weekends, even when he was traveling and on vacation. Alex was super helpful throughout our entire rental process. From initial contact to the signing of our lease he was available for questions at any moment and was always able to provide clear and correct answers. Sandra Ilgen is a realtor I will recommend to everyone I know. As a first time home buyer, she walked me through each step of the process. We already have recommended Chris to two others. What to say? We have known Chris for a number of years since he was formerly in our condo association. So we know what he says rings true. He is really smart, with lots of discretion. He knows his Beacon Hill market very well. His advice to list our property in Q1 really paid off. When we had questions, Chris was very responsive. With Chris's advice we got an optimal bid in less than a week's time. Chris is "easy going" AKA relaxed in style but also is very efficient in his style. Five stars for sure!
