I can’t express enough how much Margie helped me beyond what was required in her role as my realtor. She held my hand thru the process of selling my parents condo like she was family …and I greatly needed it! In this very dicey economy as I panicked she kept me steady always being encouraging and giving advice at times professional and personal when I reached out and needed it she always made time for me. Margie is NO quitter she did every thing possible for months! to keep pushing to get us to the finish line. On top of all the extra efforts!!!!she made time for … organizing a house sale, posting items on sites to sell removing furniture, checking on the condo etc. despite having other properties to sell she made me feel like I was the only one …We communicated all the good and the bad 🙂 long distance but Margie kept me apprised of every move as we went on this journey together . I feel so grateful to Margie for all the above and beyond help she gave me I cannot express how dedicated Margie was to ME! Her knowledge of the industry is priceless and I am so happy our paths crossed she was my rock I put my complete trust in her …and now I’m more so happy to call her my friend.
