My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Barbara. After our initial meeting, she provided us with numerous home listings meeting our selection criteria. As we narrowed down our search, she provided on-site assessments of properties we were interested in and this was very useful since we lived out of state. Once we decided on a home, Barbara was very helpful in negotiating an equitable purchase price and worked very closely with us throughout the closing process; we were kept very well informed. We have purchased various homes over the years and our experience working with Barabara was undoubtedly the best ever. She's a great real estate professional!

Aaron was extremely patient and kind with me during the purchase of my villa. It had been many years since I had sold/bought a new house and found the process challenging. He was always there when I needed him and I was pretty needy!

Caring and Knowledgeable Giovanna is a wonderful realtor. She listened to all of our wants and needs, addressed any concerns (with the builder) promptly and made buying and building a house from out of state less stressful.

I highly recommend Linda as she is very knowledgeable and responsive! Even with a Seller's agent who was a real pain, Linda handled them well and things went very smooth during my home search and all the way to closing. Searching from out of state is no issue either! Linda went above and beyond to help me find a home sight unseen until I could make my way down.

I can not sing my realtor’s praises enough! Her philosophy is “whatever it takes” for her clients and that’s exactly what she gives. It’s as if every client is top priority or family. She worked nights, weekends, and even a holiday. My realtor worked through every obstacle presented with class and persistency. She handled a stubborn mortgage lender, bad renter, ex spouse, and a pandemic like a professional boss. When the pandemic caused an offer to be taken off the table, she found not one but two more offers within 48 hours. Thank you Ms. Gio for going above and beyond for me as a client. Not only did you give me support during this process, you helped me achieve a New Beginning! When houses in my neighborhood sat on the market for almost a year, mine was sold in a matter of months. It’s not just the home but the realtor you have behind it that makes a difference. Whether you are buying or selling, I would recommend Giovanna Hall for all your real estate needs.

Wonderful home buying experience! Relocating from AZ to Florida during a pandemic had its own set of challenges, but Giovanna made the process as smooth as possible. What my husband and I appreciated most was her patience, availability, and calm demeanor. You can tell she doesn't want her clients to just make a quick purchase.... she was truly concerned about getting us in the best house for our family and our budget. We would highly recommend Giovanna Hall.
