Jackie"s professionalism shined through out the process of selling my parent's home.

We met with Jackie Austin in March of 2025 with a great deal of clearing rooms and closets in our parent's home left to do in order to get the house ready for sale. I am one of 5 kids of which none of us lived in Eugene and several us us live 8 or 9 hours by car away from Eugene. Jackie provided us with contacts at times that could assist with the clean-up process and patiently waited until we were finally ready to take the house to market in May 2025. Once the house was finally cleared out, Jackie provided solid advice on market valuation and sales price point within the Eugene area, assisted with providing contacts for a final cleaning of the house and so on making it nearly effortless for me and my siblings. Jackie kept us informed at all times what issues came up (all very quickly resolvable) once the house hit the market and it was only on the market for about a week before we had a good offer. The offer process went very smoothly and we even ended up closing early because everything was reviewed & signed a few days prior to when the actual closing date was originally set to be. It was a very efficient process and Jackie's efforts and involvement in the sale was what created such a seamless transaction. My siblings and I were all pleased with how easy the actual home sale ended up being and would recommend Jackie to other persons also looking to sell their homes or their family homes.
