•Elaine does job seriously, pay attention to detail. Once buyer has any potential interest, Elaine always search and physicial visit the site to get information about the environment, safety, and possible factors for the value of the site. Ealaine patiently searches and shows houses at buyer's pace. We never feel any pressure to make quick decision. Once buyer decide a house, Elaine does go back to the place to verify the local tax and possible risk factors. Elaine does additional bargain for the buyer to make the new house more comfortable to new owner, i.e. lower the height of microwave oven, paint the garage with epoxy, make the fence lock more private. . .etc. We enjoy our new house and very appreciate Elaine's professional advice and service.
