•As we were about to move to Northern Virginia from our home between Muncie and Anderson, our new neighbor recommended Kathy Smith with Coldwell Banker Lunsford. He cited her outstanding work as Buyer’s Realtor including doing extra things since he and his family lived outside the state. He was confident she would also be an ideal Seller’s Realtor since we would be selling from afar, after relocating to Virginia. We took his advice, listed with Kathy, and sold our house for a good price within the time we had hoped. Kathy Smith was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Prior to our departure, she helped us decide what work to do to prepare the house for sale. After we left she took care of everything, including listing the house; showing it to prospective buyers, holding several Open House events, and updating us regularly on progress and how the house was being received. She found good contractors at reasonable costs to do electrical, radon, plumbing, exterminatng and carpentry work required by the inspection report. She also let the contractors in and out of the house. She and her husband even did a few small repairs themselves on a weekend and did not even charge us. We feel so blessed that we selected Kathy to represent our interests and facilitate the sale of our house. We couldn’t have sold it from afar without her help.
