•I located several homes on Zillow while working with Holly. Holly coordinated the showings of each home, which was challenging with the home we ultimately purchased as the seller was strongly against anyone showing the home without her being there. I was purchasing the home from overseas via Power of Attorney to my wife. After deciding to buy, Holly was instrumental in ensuring all the paperwork that still required my signature was signed electronically. She maintained constant with me through the process. Holly ensured all the required (and not required) inspections were completed as necessary including those I requested based on the results of the home inspection. Her knowledge of the area ensured we got a great final offer and price.
