We could not of had a better realtor then Cory Byrd. We live in a gated community that has a lot of houses currently for sale. Our house was one of the few that sold During our listing. The people that are looking at houses in our neighborhood are only making very low offers. Cory had advised us not to accept these low ball offers and to stay close to our listing price. Our house sold for close to our asking price while a lot of the houses currently listed around us have dropped their prices considerably and are still for sale. Communication was easy and consistent with Cory. Closing was nice and easy because cory stayed on top of any issues. We highly recommend Cory Byrd
