.A lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley, Lisa resides in Boardman and Lake Milton. In her free time she enjoys boating and the outdoors.Lisa completed her real estate classes at Hondros College and has been a full time licensed Realtor since 2001. She is a member of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Lisa has her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) Designation.

In 2024, Kristen received her Ohio Real Estate License and started her journey as a REALTOR® in the Mahoning Valley. In addition to Real Estate, Kristen works as a school-based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for two cyber charter schools in Pennsylvania, where she works with children on skill acquisition (communication, social skills, adaptive functioning, etc.) and behavior reduction. She is licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania, as well as having her Board certification. Her next step is to obtain a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis. Kristen married her husband Drew in April of 2020 at the height of Covid-19. They currently reside in Youngstown with their two adorable pups, Milla and Lola. In their downtime, Kristen and her husband enjoy updating their home and, together, they have flipped three homes in the past three years. As they purchased homes and renovated them over the last few years, Kristen became intrigued with the world of real estate and knew that getting licensed in the field was her next move. Kristen loves to explore and travel – she almost always has a trip planned! She is also always looking for a new challenge and wants to grow professionally in any way possible. Taylor Kress is a dedicated and hardworking Real Estate agent who brings a wealth of customer service and leadership experience to Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate. With over eight years in customer service and five years in management, Taylor understands the importance of building strong relationships and providing exceptional client experiences. She began her career at Tractor Supply Co. at just 16 years old, working her way up from Team Member to Store Manager through determination and dedication - earning numerous Outstanding Customer Service Awards along the way. In addition to management career, Taylor attended the Upper Valley Career Center’s Veterinary Science program where she was recognized as an Outstanding Veterinary Science Junior and received the Veterinary Science Career-Technical Achievement Award. She also served as Treasurer of her FFA chapter, where she helped organize food drives to support the Bethany Center food pantry in Piqua, OH. Her passion for giving back extends to her time volunteering at the Dorothy Love Retirement Center, where she built meaningful connections with residents. Taylor currently lives in Steubenville, OH, with her fiancé, Paul, and her three wonderful stepdaughters. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves fishing, hunting, hiking, and exploring new places. She also enjoys hands-on DIY projects and embracing creative challenges.
