I had started working with Amber in December of 2014. She was the third agent I had worked with. The first two didn't seem to be putting in much effort in helping me find homes and get questions answered. Amber seemed to be actively looking for properties that fit my criteria and budget, which were constraining. The other two just didn't. she was very helpful in getting documentation to me for offer submittals, and helped make sure that the time lines were met. When we final got to the point of being under contract, then the same level of involvement continued. Right through the closing, even with the issues we had with the closing process. Amber was great to work with. If I buy another house, or sell this one, she gets the listing.
